Here's a little something about ourselves...
There are an absolute TON of webhosting companies out there. So what makes my company so different? I have spent years watching people fall for "popular namebrand" web hosts they see on their TV (driving race cars, or selling sexual imagery) or even worse, outright scams. There are horror stories all over the web about people losing important data or having domain names held hostage by "fly by night" hosts. I even had experiences of these situations personally! When I created the idea for RDnet back in 2008, I decided that I wanted to build THE better webhosting company. One which would provide quality affordable webhosting, with a emphasis on friendly and thorough support and reliable servers. You're looking at the result.
While my goals for this company seem sweetly optimistic, I am confident that we are doing the best we can to deliver. We're a very small business, which comes with its own set of challenges and advantages, and I'm not afraid to tell you that. While I don't have 300 employees on the clock 24/7, I am confident my company can provide a reliable, affordable, fast, and friendly experience that rivals, if not surpasses the big guys.
Many small hosting companies find themselves hard pressed to provide round the clock coverage for their various departments. They turn to cheap foreign outsourced companies that get paid per ticket reply. Here, our support, sales, and billing departments are all kept in house, inside the United States. We have a strict "no outsourcing" rule around these parts, and I believe strongly in this. While the tradeoff is a longer ticket response, no one knows you and your business better than the hosting company you deal with on an everyday basis, and to accept something less than this is a shame, in my opinion.

We understand that our services can only be as effective as the network we utilize to deliver them to you. That is why we choose to partner ourselves with premium bandwidth providers that realize that reliability and performance are key.These two things don't come cheap, but we feel this is a necessisty no matter the cost.
The network core we rely on is powered by multiple Cicso Catalyst 6500 multilayer switches with extremely high end Supervisor 720-3BXL cards, making capable traffic rates as high as 720 gigabits per second. This system is augmented by Juniper routing systems.
Our datacenter:
Our USA based webhosting services are located in a datacenter in McClean, VA and are powered on the backend by the ServInt corporation in order to provide our clients with reliable uptime and service.
The McClean, VA datacenter includes:
