PLEASE do not skim through these documents. Read through them carefully. The terms outlined in the documents below are what you will be held responsible for as a client of ours, and we believe that an informed client is an empowered client.

The bottom line: We will NEVER sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information relating to you or your account to any outside party without your consent unless it is ordered by a court of law or where we must defend ourselves against claims made against our company. We will not email you regarding new features, news, or other important update information unless you explicitly opted into our email list when you signed up to become a client. Information we collect:
We collect information from you when you sign up to be a client or ours or place an order. This information may include, but is not limited to: your name, address, phone number, etc. All information you will be asked to fill in will be made very clear when signing up. The purpose of this information is to ensure we will not be receiving fraudulent orders and that we will have someone to contact if there are problems with the account. Again, the information you are asked to present is very clearly marked on our order form, and is within the industry standard in regards to what is asked. We may use various other means of collecting information from our users including cookies and/or IP addresses. This is also within the industry standard.
Encryption:
All areas of our site where you will have to enter potentially sensitive information is protected by 128 bit encryption. Our certificate is provided by GeoTrust, and can be verified by clicking on the padlock symbol in your browser while accessing an area protected by it.
Illegal/Malicious Activity:
If your account is terminated or suspended for malicious activity or breaching of law governing any local/state/federal jurisdiction within the United States or other countries, we may retain a copy of the files stored on your website as well as client records within our systems in order to cooperate with law enforcement or other legal agencies. The data will be purged from our servers when it is deemed that it is no longer needed.
Information retained in backups:
Information collected for purposes of backup, including client information in our client panel, and files in your account may be retained even after you terminate your account with us. We will make all efforts possible to purge your backed up files from our backup servers, but hard copy or archived records may still contain these files. Our archives are regularly purged to make room for more recent files, and we promise that old archives will be destroyed in a unrecoverable way.
